PHCCIMA President, Eze, Sir Mike Elechi, JP has congratulated the President of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Chief, ESV. Emma Okas Wike, PNIVS and entire members of the Institution for the successful hosting of their 52nd Annual Conference at the Obi Wali International Conference Centre in Port Harcourt. The Chamber President who gave a Goodwill Message as a Special Guest at the Opening Ceremony of the national conference was ably represented by the Chairman of Environment and Real Estate Trade Group of the Chamber, Engr. Chukwudi Ezugu, he also commended Chief Emma Okas Wike for his support to the Trade Group and the Chamber at large as the Exco Supervisor of the Trade Group, noting that his wealth of experience has also being of immense importance to the Trade Group and the Chamber. He wished him success all through his tenure as the President of the Institution (NIESV), and called on members of the Institution and their clients to invest in Rivers State to tap into the enormous opportunities in the housing sector
