Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, as the leader of the Organised Private Sector we advocate for Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) to woo investments into the various options of power supply including introduction of Modular Power Plants as a means of providing adequate, affordable and sustainable power supply thereby solving the power problem in the state which is the essence of the summit, I therefore, on behalf of the Executives, Council and entire members of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) welcome you all to the Press Conference, he concluded.
