NANNS HONOURS PHCCIMA PRESIDENT AS AN ICON OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The National Association of Northern Nigerian Students (NANNS) has presented an excellent award to the President of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) Eze, Sir Mike Elechi, NPOM, JP, FNIM, DSSRS as an Icon of Business Development.
  Presenting the award plaque to him at his office at the Chamber Secretariat on Thursday, 6th June, 2024, the President of National Association of Northern Nigerian Students (NANNS), Comrade Basiru Nasiru said they were at the Chamber Secretariat to identify with the President of PHCCIMA on his good work and to encourage him to do more.
  He explained that the association is a non governmental organization aimed at bringing together the Northern Nigerian students and to fight against cultism, drugs abuse and other related vices, just as he posited that their duties are not only limited to the fight against social vices but also to encourage entrepreneurship among student community as well as support the right of the women to occupy their rightful place in the society.
  Responding on the honour done him, the President of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) Eze, Sir Mike Elechi, NPOM, JP, DSSRS thanked the NANNS student for finding him worthy of the recognition.
  The PHCCIMA President who was represented by the Director General of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, Mr. Erasmus Chukunda, FCAI, MNIM posited that he is committed  to improving organized private sector productively in partnership with the government of Rivers State.
  He recounted the milestone recorded by the present leadership of the Chamber under the watch of Eze, Sir Mike, NPOM, JP, FNIM, DSSRS, including the relocation of the Secretariat from rented apartment to a permanent apartment and facilitating the ground breaking of the PHCCIMA trade fair permanent site, among other things.
  High point of the event was the handing over of the plaque to the representative of the PHCCIMA President and presentation of the Chamber souvenirs to the visitors
