The President of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) Eze, Sir Mike Elechi, NPOM, JP, FNIM, DSSRS on 2nd May, 2024 inaugurated a Committee for development of the permanent site of the Trade Fair Complex at the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Area. At the inaugural meeting the President charged members to be committed to the successful implementation of the project noting that it was one of his cardinal objectives and thanked the Executive Governor of Rivers State for the actualization of the project during his tenure. Members present at the meeting expressed delight at the various achievements of the President and advised him not to relent. The President who also is the Chairman of the Committee later took the members of the Committee to the permanent site of the Chamber Trade Fair Complex to commence preparation of the land for the Ground Breaking and Foundation Laying ceremony to be performed soon by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS.
